In 2006 Glasgow Acting Academy set up a seperate non-profit making organistaion called "Glasgow Acting Academy Productions", which has the sole responsibility of producing the shows in which the Glasgow Acting Academy students work towards each year.

The purpose of "Glasgow Acting Academy Productions" is to ensure that the shows performed by GAA students are produced as a piece performance as opposed to a financial exercise. All monies generated from these shows, are retained within the Glasgow Acting Academy Production budget to be reinvested into future shows.

Glasgow Acting Academy believe that each individual class has the right to work towards its own main stage production. This essentially means that if a class has twelve students, then the show will have twelve performers. Therefore in order for shows to be successful, it is imperative that everyone shows their support by buying tickets. Glasgow Acting Academy Productions would like to thank everyone who have continued to support and make these shows the success that they have become.
